The woman made her way cautiously along, every few moments glancing up at the trees, she knew that Elves lived here, and if not for her dire situation and lack of food or water, she would not have ventured so close, for she only being partially Elf was likely to be shunned as her mother had for giving birth to someone with dragonic blood.

Many Elf guards waited at the true entrance to the city, the forest was to protect it, so in case any army of great evil was to come and find the city, they would be lost forever, unless they had great magic or a elf leading them the way. It is said that Dark Elves may find there way towards the great city, but at great risk of assassins and getting lost.

The woman glanced around, trying to keep her guard up as best as possible, who knew what was lurking in the trees and shadows, she would get enough supplies to last her a day or two and then leave, she doubted the Elves of any kind would be happy about her presence in their woods. After several moments, the woman came across a lone deer, now all she had to do was sneak up on it, kill it and gather the meat, once she had, she would find a stream or river, get water then leave before the Elves discovered her presence.

The Deer looked at her, sensing the presence of a hunter, it hopped along slowly, trying to seem like it had not sensed Alara hunger, yet moving to a safer area.

The woman blinked when the deer moved, she hoped it hadn't spotted her already, chasing it around would be tiring and possibly dangerous if it ran into other Elves, slowly she drew her knife, shifting her weight slightly before quickly running at the deer, hoping to catch it before it ran.

The Dear looked behind itself, seeing the girl running at it. It ran towards an opening in the trees, hoping to reach the city gates before the made women caught it and ate it.

The woman ran as fast as she could, when she thought she was close enough, she jumped at the deer raising her knife, hoping to ether bring the deer down when she landed on it, or kill it on impact with her knife, ether option was better then it getting away or to close the the Elven city.

The woman smiled slightly quickly moving her knife around to the deers neck, then pressing it hard against it and slitting its throat, it was tough because her blade was duller then it should have been for such a task, perhaps once she was done, she would head to the misty mountains.

The Woman smiled slightly, letting the deer drop to the ground, she then went to work on cutting the meat off it, hoping to get it done before the forest's scavengers turned up and tried to steal the meat from her kill.
